Handmade work with a lot of character, solid oak body, the neck was undoubtedly recovered from a Japanese guitar of the 1970s, and the body was made by a luthier in Florida. It is thin and straight and the frets are in great condition. Has piezo pickups as well as a Kent Armstrong floating archtop jazz pickup. Both are blended in the volume and tone configurations. Signed inside ‘Thomas Mac Vee 1972’, ‘Nemo’ discernible at the top of the head.
Absolutely original. It would make any collector proud.
Very beautiful decorative piece.
