Comes with case. mouthpiece and accessories. Good playing condition. Has wear across instrument due to normal use. Minor dings above bell rim, along the bell tube, and on the curve of the tuning-slide. The slide has tarnish/wear, but it glides easily and smoothly, and the spit-valve functions, no dents. Moderate lacquer wear and tarnish. Case is old with one banged-in spot, but otherwise good and protects the instrument well. Free shipping to the continental U.S. (Ask for reduced shipping if you live in Mexico or Canada.)
