Guild SB-202 Ca. 1982 w/OHSC

Here we have a super cool and uncommon Guild - The SB-202 made only from 82-83! This particular example is quite striking in an almost candy apple red finish - with two sweet sounding DP-8 pickups and a phase switch for some extra versatility. 

This one plays very well, with low string height that makes slapping a breeze - but this bass excels equally at traditional fingerstyle. The set neck helps a bit with sustain - and overall the substantial nature of this bass gives it a powerful, ringing tone that works well for a variety of genres. 

It is in good shape for it's age, with some miscellaneous dings/marks (see photos) - and wear/finish checking in a few spots - but overall it presents quite nicely and looks great on the stand. The electronics have been cleaned, and function as they should, and the bass has just received a setup with stainless Rotosound Swing bass 40-100's. It's all set to find it's new home!
