Selling a classic Apogee Duet for Mac Audio Interface.
PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BUYING: This is the original 1st Generation FireWire version (NOT the v2 USB version).
This is a vintage / legacy device that connects via FireWire 400. It is highly appreciated by audiophiles and musicians for its legendary, warm Apogee AD/DA converters and premium mic preamps. However, it only runs on older Mac computers and legacy macOS versions (such as Mac OS X Leopard up to macOS Mojave, depending on your setup and FireWire ports).
Please check compatibility with your specific vintage studio setup before purchasing, as this unit will not work natively on modern Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) Macs.
Condition:
- Good / Fully Functional: The unit shows some normal signs of cosmetic wear from studio use but is in perfect working condition. The famous multi-function controller knob turns smoothly and all inputs/outputs on the breakout cable work flawlessly.
