Here is a transitional 1976 Japan/Taiwan Green/Black Label Yamaha FG-280 Dreadnought. This a highly sought after acoustic that was first built in Japan 1972 before manufacturing was moved by Yamaha to Taiwan sometime around 1976. This particular guitar is a transitional period (probably the first few months into the move) as evident in the Made in Japan tuners. It's a beautiful instrument with only one owner since new. Pickguard has been replaced. It has honest player's wear (see pics) but plays and sounds wonderful.
