For your consideration is this amazing vintage microphone from Audio Technica. No longer made, this microphone was part of the original 40-Series, Audio Technica’s flagship product line of the time. Made in Japan, the AT 4031 is a small diaphragm condenser mic that is perfect for an endless amount of uses. I mainly used this as a snare and hi-hat microphone, but it also got a lot of use in various other ways. It was the perfect microphone for acoustic instruments and strings as well. This microphone comes with its original black leather case, however the original clip is no longer around. Serial number is 4450, a low and early production number.
