Serial #: 1189892This Martin DX1 features a solid spruce top with HPL mahogany back and sides. It plays great with comfortable action (6/64" bass side at the 12th fret, 4/64" treble side) and the frets are in good shape with some pitting in the first 5. The overall cosmetic shape is excellent with a couple small dings. The saddle is as low as it can go, so any additional action adjustment would likely require a neck reset.
