A masterpiece crafted in 2015 by Master Builder Jason Smith.
This Esquire was crafted by Master Builder Jason Smith, who learned his craft in a privileged environment: his father was Fenderfs legendary R&D staff member Dan Smith, and after joining the Custom Shop, he studied under the legendary Senior Master Builder John English.

The body features a carefully selected 4A-grade quilted maple top and an alder back, joined to a 4A-grade flamed maple neck. The fingerboard is made of slab-joined AAA-grade rosewood with a 12R radius; the neck shape is the g60 STYLE OVAL Ch with moderate thickness, and it features gNarrow Tall/6105h frets.

It is equipped with a hand-wound gHW 10K TURN BRIDGE PUh pickup. The controls are as follows: S-1UP; MASTERV; NOLOADTONE, S-1DOWN; V&TBYPASS (OFF); 3WAYON; POS.1 ? P/UTOJACK, POS.2 ? .001CAP, POS.3 ? .003CAP.
There are minor scratches throughout the guitar.
The frets show almost no wear, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
