Serial #763 of # 2500. In 1996 Fender released several 50th Anniversary editions of their most beloved models in order to commemorate their humble beginnings in 1946. Built in limited numbers, the guitars are uniquely appointed and beautifully built.
The guitar is super clean and features an alder body with figured maple veneered top and back, a vintage sunburst finish, gold hardware, vintage style pickups and a rosewood fingerboard. Apart from a replaced pick guard is completely original. The original guard will accompany the guitar. All original case candy accompanies the instrument as well.
This is a fantastic Commemorative guitar!
