Taylor Builder's Edition 814ce 2025 - Sinker Redwood/Honduran Rosewood
Our users rate Reverb
One of the finest acoustic guitars Taylor has ever produced.
This Builder's Edition 814ce features a premium sinker redwood top paired with Honduran rosewood back and sides, delivering exceptional warmth, responsiveness, sustain, and clarity. Compared to a traditional spruce 814ce, the sinker redwood top offers a more mature, broken-in character with incredible touch sensitivity for fingerstyle playing while still handling aggressive strumming beautifully.
Designed by Andy Powers, the Builder's Edition includes Taylor's ergonomic refinements including:
Beveled armrest
Chamfered body edges
Silent satin finish
Compound carve neck
V-Class bracing
ES2 electronics
Taylor deluxe hardshell case
Condition
Excellent overall condition
Fully functional electronics
No structural issues
Well cared for and professionally maintained
This guitar has been kept in a climate-controlled environment and is ready for stage, studio, or collection use.
