Beautiful late-1920s Gibson Style 2 soprano ukulele, also known as the Uke-2 or U2, made in USA.
This particularly desirable example features the less commonly encountered extended 17-fret rosewood fingerboard, with five frets continuing past neck joint, over the body, something more common with the Gibson style 3 model - the most expensive model in the lineup.
Remarkably well preserved for its age and perfectly set up, it has low action and plays effortlessly across the fingerboard.
Supplied with a sturdy, heavily padded Lanikai gig bag with dual shoulder straps.
