KoAloha Ukuleles was founded in 1995 by Alvin Okami. Currently, it is run by a small, elite team led by his eldest son and president, Alan, and his second son and vice president, Paul. KoAloha has now become one of Hawaii's leading ukulele manufacturers. It is characterized by its modern look and design, excellent playability, high-fidelity and clear sound that is unlike any other manufacturer, and above all, its loud volume. This instrument is a soprano long-neck model, a factory model that was only sold at the local factory. It comes standard with the very popular UPT tuners, and the knobs are finished with KoAloha's iconic orange tuners. This is a used item from 2018. It is a popular size that combines the cuteness of a soprano with the playability of a long neck. The tone is bright and clear, as is typical of KoAloha, with a loud volume and a vibrant sound. There are some gaps in the fingerboard binding due to shrinkage in places, but there is no lifting and it does not affect playability. The ukulele is in excellent condition with only a slight dent on the 4th string side of the back of the body and some minor scratches from wiping. It plays very well.
