Es gibt Gitarren, die nimmt man in die Hand, spielt den ersten Akkord und weiß sofort: Das hier ist ein ganz besonderes Instrument. Diese ’52 Reissue Telecaster im intensiven Heavy Relic Finish verkörpert genau dieses rohe, schwingende und eingespielte Blackguard-Gefühl, das man sonst fast nur von alten Originalen kennt.

Schon trocken angespielt merkt man sofort, wie resonant diese Gitarre ist. Der extrem leichte Ash-Body sorgt zusammen mit dem kräftigeren Nocaster-Hals für eine unglaublich direkte und lebendige Ansprache. Jede Nuance des Anschlags wird sofort umgesetzt. Mit gerade einmal 3,05 kg schwebt sie fast unbemerkt am Gurt und resoniert spürbar am ganzen Körper mit. Eine dieser Gitarren, die sofort süchtig machen!

Der Hals liegt fantastisch in der Hand und ist definitiv nicht übertrieben fett geraten. Durch den 9.5"-Radius spielt sich die Gitarre trotz klassischem Look angenehm unkompliziert und modern.

Das White Blonde Heavy Relic Finish besitzt eine wunderschöne optische Tiefe und bringt die markante Maserung des Ash-Bodys perfekt zur Geltung. Das Aging wirkt extrem authentisch – inklusive feinem Checking, ehrlichen Spielspuren und genau der richtigen Portion Vintage-Mojo. Die Gitarre sieht aus wie ein jahrzehntelang gespieltes Original, das unzählige Bühnen gesehen hat.

Dass diese Tele prädestiniert für Open G, Keith-Riffs und dreckige Stones-Sounds ist, versteht sich fast von selbst. Gleichzeitig kann sie aber deutlich mehr als nur klassische Blackguard-Sounds.

Anstelle des klassischen Neck Single Coils sitzt hier ein Seymour Duncan Antiquity Humbucker, der unglaublich warme, offene und wunderbar singende Sounds liefert. Am Steg sorgt der Handwound ’51 Nocaster Pickup für das perfekte rotzige Gegenstück – bissig, trocken, holzig und voller Twang.

Gerade diese Kombination macht die Gitarre extrem spannend. Von rauem Vintage-Rock über bluesige Low-Gain-Sounds ist hier enorm viel möglich.

There are guitars you pick up, strum the first chord and instantly know: this is something special. This ’52 Reissue Telecaster with its intense Heavy Relic finish delivers exactly that raw, resonant and perfectly broken-in Blackguard feel that normally only true vintage originals can offer.

Even unplugged, you immediately notice how resonant this guitar is. The extremely lightweight ash body combined with the beefier Nocaster-style neck creates an incredibly direct and lively response. Every nuance of your playing translates instantly. At just 3.05 kg, it almost disappears on the strap while resonating noticeably against your entire body. One of those guitars that becomes addictive within seconds.

The neck feels fantastic in the hand and is definitely not overly chunky. Thanks to the 9.5" radius, the guitar combines a classic vintage look with an effortless and modern playing feel.

The White Blonde Heavy Relic finish has beautiful visual depth and perfectly highlights the striking grain of the ash body. The aging looks extremely authentic — including fine checking, honest-looking wear marks and exactly the right amount of vintage mojo. This guitar genuinely looks and feels like a road-worn original that has seen decades of stages and smoky clubs.

That this Tele is absolutely made for Open G tuning, Keith-style riffs and dirty Stones tones almost goes without saying. At the same time, it offers far more than just traditional Blackguard sounds.

Instead of the usual neck single coil, this one features a Seymour Duncan Antiquity Humbucker delivering incredibly warm, open and wonderfully singing tones. In the bridge position, the handwound ’51 Nocaster pickup provides the perfect nasty counterpart — biting, dry, woody and full of twang.
