G#2-15 Grotta Sonora 24" King Gong

The 24" King Gong delivers everything that has made the classic 32" a favorite - the sweeping, "windy" wash of a traditional Chinese wind gong, enriched by Grotta Sonora's signature harmonic tuning at the center - in a size that's easier to travel with, hang in smaller spaces, or integrate into a layered sound setup.

With its flat profile and tapered edge, this gong responds quickly and opens into a shimmering cascade of overtones. The harmonically tuned center adds depth and balance to the sound, giving it a richness that goes well beyond its size.

Each of our gongs is a unique, handmade item. Because of this, the actual size may vary slightly. We typically find that most gongs will be approximately 1/4" to 1/2" smaller than their stated size.
