British Treble Booster - Brian May Inspired Rangemaster Mod (OC44)

I have studied Queen music for years, and I created this treble boosters to offer a modern approach to the original Dallas Rangemaster.

This Rangemaster Mod follows the original Dallas Rangemaster circuit with a few changes:

• Center negative voltage - meaning that it can integrate with a modern pedalboard and share the same power source
• Added protection diode - it does not work with reverse voltage, avoiding any damage to the circuit
• Built in Brian May style - no gain/volume control and it is always on (e.g., like the Orange Label, TB-83, Ringmaster and many other treble boosters used by BM)

This pedal uses an OC44 transistor, with verified electronics characteristics such as 164 hFE (within range), and gives a very accurate tone. The goal is to get the same tone as the Queen I album from 1973, where Brian May used an original Dallas Rangemaster at max volume for a saturated and warm tone.

This effect can be used to play any Queen songs. While the focus is Queen music, these are perfectly fine to play songs by other artists such as Eric Clapton, Gary Moore, and Arielle, whom are great artists who love to play with treble boosters.

Warranty
To the original owner, I will repair or replace your pedal if it fails to operate due to defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

If there is any shipping damage, I will send you a shipping label and reimburse payment on return unless you want a replacement unit.

I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase but please note that I cannot accept returns for pedals that have been modified in any form.

This warranty does not cover misuse or neglect by the user, nor does it cover cosmetic damage to the finish and external hardware. To qualify for warranty, the original owner must provide proof of purchase of their pedal. Please note that the warranty excludes shipping costs.
