Semie Moseley of Bakersfield, California made some of the most unique and famous guitars of the '60s. Seen everywhere from shows like Town Hall Party to countless country stars, the real breakthrough for Mosrite came with the endorsement from the chart-topping surf-rock band The Ventures. This 1967 Mark I model was made after their endorsement deal ended but retains the same features as the earlier Ventures model. It features a pair of "Mosrite of California" stamped pickups, two-screw Mosley tailpiece, and a sunburst finish. This instrument includes the original hardshell case.
