Couesnon Military Signal Trumpet, 1924

For sale is a French military signal trumpet, military bugle, over 100 years old, made by Couesnon, Paris, manufactured in 1924, with two valves. The trumpet has been technically renovated, technically full functional, ready to play, with original construction. The exterior has been preserved as it was in its old days, with several signs of wear, scratches and noticeable dents from age. I also preserved all the repairs done in the past. Large dents have been removed. The instrument has been polished to a semi-gloss/matte finish, as otherwise it was not possible to determine all the damages. A historical rarity. Instrument cleaned in- and outside. The trumpet is tuned in Bb, as well as A, as the mouthpiece tube is extendable. A cornet mouthpiece is suitable.
