Judging by the serial number, this is likely an EG700 from circa 1979.

Please consider bidding only if you can judge the condition from the photos.

The color is black.

There are scratches, dents, buckle scratches, paint chipping/cracks, dirt, tarnish/rust on the metal, signs of sun damage, damage from use, and signs of aging.

*The photos of the scratches and damage do not fully capture the image, so these are subjective impressions of the areas of concern.

The amp plays, each pickup sounds fine, and the controls work well.

There are some minor cracks, but nothing major at present.

The tuning machines can be tuned.

Modifications and repair history are unknown.

The strings can be replaced to your preference.

The guitar is playable as is, but the buyer is responsible for fine tuning.

Neck: Nearly straight

There is a slight ripple around the 16th fret.

If the string height is lowered all the way, there will be some clogging around the 16th fret on the 1st and 2nd strings, but if it's not clogging, there will be no clogging.

Frets: Approximately 60% remaining

There are dents and wear on the strings overall.

Rod: Works and turns well.

Currently, there is some room to turn left and right, but the original tightening range may be narrow.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping from Tokyo. For goods with hard cases we usually pack hard case and contents by cushioning material (usually bubble wrap). There has never been a problem with that shipping method so far. However, if you want a hard case to be included in cardboard, I can ship by that method if you pay additional $10. This applies only to products that originally have hard case.

Items are generally shipped on Mondays and Fridays. For safety reasons, items that can be removed from the body and neck will be shipped with the body and neck removed.

(Sunday and public holidays is not business day)

We usually ship with a tracking number.

*We can not use EMS(Japan Post) service for some countries in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan etc.) If your shipping address is in these areas, please contact us before bidding.
