QTron Mini from Electro Harmonix. A bit rough cosmetically but works well.
No box or instructions.
Operates on 9V DC power but needs a special adapter since the plug size is not standard. Refer to the small hole at the back of the pedal as pictured. This adapter will not be supplied as I need it for other pedals.
It looks like someone has previous attached and removed feet on the bottom.
