For sale this close to mint condition AKG C5600 large capsule condenser microphone with original case. This microphone looks like it was used lightly and has spend most of its time in safe storage. The AKG C5600 is relatively unknown and is a bit of a “Easter egg” because it has a surprise inside. Inside is a “front firing” single sided AKG C414 nylon capsule (cardioid response only) and in essence it gives the same basic sound as a cardioid C414. Many of these were used in live settings and abused but not this one. Beautiful cult microphone with a fantastic sound for a fair price! And oh yeah i love the 90’s look, it is growing on me.
