Brand new Aphek Sunday Driver distortion pedal. The Sunday driver has a slightly tighter and smoother tone and response, compared to the Aphek Peanut Butter Model T. This pedal gives you the tone of your amp's output/power valves (tubes) distorting. The Sunday Driver has often been described as responding more like a Plexi style non-master amp, where the Model T is a little softer and grittier, like a smaller vintage amp, with a valve/tube rectifier.
The 6 position filter switch, varies the amount of high frequency roll off. The Boost switch increases the drive and adds a slight midrange boost, to further cut through the mix.
This is not a magic box, claiming to make a cheap amp sound like a high end vintage or boutique model (which isn't possible). If your amp sounds great, this will bring out the amps natural overdriven tone, at any volume.
Both the Sunday Driver and Peanut Butter Model T, were designed to run into a clean amp, giving you the sound of the overdriven output valves/tubes. Running into other drives or a driven amp or putting other drives before this, may sound great, but wasn't the initial intent.
14 day trial period, after the pedal arrives to you. (I don't think anybody has ever returned one, but the option is there, if it's not as claimed).
