U47 1780 ohm wirewound resistor, normal use. Including two pieces of special mica insulation sheets and Metal fixing fixture,I am not sure about the production year and factory, It should be a very old hand-made,It came from the inventory of Andreas Grosser in Germany many years ago. It can be used to replace the 1.78k resistor for Neumann u47 and Telefunken USA u47, or DIY U47, one of which has been sold....
