The contoured Electric Blue Ash snare drum has become our most prolific snare. After winning Rhythm magazine's best new snare drum of 2018, we have built countless of these snares. And for good reason, they sound fantastic, and they have breathtaking Aesthetics.

This specific snare is one of our ultra-thick models, with a total thickness of 1.365" that's over an 85 ply equivalent! This extra thickness and mass in the shell makes for a drum with unmistakable power and tone.

This snare features our standard hhg single-point lugs in a rare 8 lug configuration. It features all black nickel Hardware, including 2.3 mm triple flanged Hoops, inde strainer, diecast butt plate, diecast air vent, diecast black nickel hhg badge, puresound custom Pro 24 strand snare wires, Evans reverse Center power dot coated Batter head and hazy 300 snare side head.

It's a fantastic drum with Incredible amounts of power and articulation, subtle when you need it, and explosive when it calls for it.
