Okay this thing is a fucking monster. I’m the second owner of this axe, first dude (never played it) but he picked it out of the litter from the local music shop before the batch was even up for sale. Best top I’ve ever seen on one of these. I’m just going to be real with y’all, this the best one on reverb hands down. Definitely a players guitar, I just had a setup with a custom bone nut put in. It has Seymour Duncan hot rod set installed (jazz neck and JB bridge), the bridge volume pot has been replaced but the neck volume pot is still stock. Also note i didn’t wire the bridge pot to be coil tapped, but you can easily do that if your heart desires. This was my main gigging axe for the last 4 years and I’ve taken care of this thing like my child. Yes it does have some nicks and scratches here and there but nothing major. Also the neck is surprisingly clean from all wear/marks. Overall this guitar has had 1 fret crown and polish about 2 years ago, about 6-8 maintenance/setups with the last one being 2 months ago. So this thing is ready to ROCK! The case has definitely seen some better days though, all the latches still work but it’s just a little beaten up.
