From the Workbench at Berserker Electronics:

The Moldy Peach - Rot, Pulp, Mold, and Decay

The Moldy Peach is not your average overdrive or fuzz. It starts in familiar territory with rich hard-clipping drive, then lets you push the circuit into something meaner, rougher, and more unstable. At lower settings, it delivers thick, chewy overdrive with plenty of character. As you turn things up, it tears open into ragged fuzz, with a texture that feels raw, reactive, and just on the edge of falling apart.

The controls are simple, musical, and built to cover a wide range of filth:

  • Rot controls the gain, taking you from gritty breakup to full-on saturation.
  • Pulp shapes the tone, from thicker, heavier lows to sharper, more cutting bite.
  • Mold is the heart of the pedal’s personality, shifting the response from Drive to Fuzz. Turn it one way and the Moldy Peach stays tighter, punchier, and more focused. Turn it the other and it grows hair, splatter, and broken-speaker chaos.
  • The Decay LED shows the clipping action as it happens, giving you a visual pulse of the pedal’s grind and compression as the circuit starts to really break apart.

The result is a dirt pedal that can stay grounded in muscular overdrive or lunge into nasty, decaying fuzz without losing its personality. Tight, filthy, chewy, blown-out. The Moldy Peach lets you dial in exactly how rotten you want it.
