Boss CS-3 Compression Sustainer with original box and manual.
Please note: the footswitch does not always react, so it sometimes takes more than one press to switch the effect on or off. The compression itself works. This is most likely a worn switch, which is usually a cheap and easy fix, but it is sold as is and priced accordingly.
Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use, see photos. Velcro on the bottom. No power supply included (takes a standard 9V Boss style supply or a 9V battery).
Pickup in Dresden is welcome.
