Zultan RockBeat 2020 - Bronze
Our users rate Reverb
The Zultan RockBeat series, which first appeared on the market in 2000 as the brand's debut line, had established itself by around 2010 as one of the most sought-after and cost-effective B20 bronze cymbal series in Europe—distributed exclusively by Musikhaus Thomann. These cymbals are hand-hammered using traditional Turkish techniques and then buffed and polished to a high-gloss "brilliant finish," resulting in a bright, loud, and penetrating sound.
Since around 2010, the most popular choice has remained the Zultan Rock Beat Cymbal Set, which includes:
• 14" Hi-Hat (Top & Bottom)
• 16" Crash
• 18" Crash
• 20" Medium Ride
• A cymbal carrying bag
Used only in a few recording Sessions
Key Features of Zultan Rock Beat
Material: High-quality B20 bronze alloy (80% copper, 20% tin).
Sound Character: Bright, loud, and cutting, with a relatively long decay—ideally suited for rock, pop, and funk.
Craftsmanship: Hand-hammered in Turkey and polished with a special wax coating that protects against dust and stick marks.
Value for Money: As Zultan Cymbals is a Thomann brand, middlemen are eliminated, allowing you to purchase professional-grade B20 cymbals at a budget-friendly price.
