Guild D-40 Natural 1964 w/OHSC

Vintage Guild D-40 in Natural finish made in 1964 with Original Hard Shell Case. This Acoustic guitar features a double bound mahogany back&sides body with a sitka spruce top, mahogany neck and Rosewood fingerboard. The 25.5" scale length neck has pearloid dot inlays and white side markers with 20 vintage frets on a flat radius with a medium "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of nickel Schaller Sealed Die-Cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a Bone nut, a Rosewood Base bridge with Bone Saddle with a clear upper/ tortoise pickguard.
This guitar is in overall fair condition. With Visible Signs of age, play and wear. It has Visible play wear into its top, Dings/ dents, finish wear in spots and a few visible shrinkage splits in its top; following the rosette and just above the tortoise pickguard top edge. The headtock Venner has been repaired at somepoint and shows signs of some previous separation/ gaps. This Vintage guitar is sold as is. (See Pics)
Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 12-53 strings. Includes Original Hard Shell Case.
