Based on the 1972 graphic version, this solid-state, footswitchable preamp isn’t your typical dirt box; it’s an emulation of the amp itself, tuned for rich low-gain character and dynamic response. The GAIN control shapes the first stage saturation, while a full 2-band EQ mirrors the original’s tone stack for proper sculpting. The FAC-style “F-ck” switch lets you shift coupling capacitors to alter the low-end feel, just like on the original head. VOLUME sets your final output.
