Vintage 1965 Selmer Paris Series 9* Clarinet
Selling a beautiful, completely original vintage Selmer Paris Series 9* (Nine Star) Bb clarinet manufactured in France in 1965.
The 9* model features a more focused French-style bore and undercut tone holes, heavily favored by classical and orchestral musicians for its excellent intonation and dark tone. Serial Number: U0873 (1965) — strictly matching on both wood joints. Factory upgraded Silver-Plated keys (not cheaper nickel plating). Wood Condition: Great shape. No cracks, splits, or pinned repairs anywhere on the Grenadilla wood. Includes its original vintage Selmer Vanguard case in clean condition with a working zipper.
Note: The instrument has been safely stored for over 30+ years. It is structurally pristine, but it is sold as-is regarding pads/corks. It will need standard adjustments or fresh pads depending on your playing preferences.
