Unlike a brand-new guitar this 2011 model offers a massive advantage, over 15 years the residual moisture within the premium tonewoods has naturally evaporated. This curing process makes the wood lighter and far more resonant. The internal structure has fully settled under string tension, resulting in an opened-up, richer, and noticeably louder acoustic projection than a brand-new instrument. You get the mature sound of an aged guitar with the spotless appearance of a brand-new one.
