Up for sale is a first-generation 2008 Schecter Synyster Gates Custom (V1) in the iconic Black with Silver pinstripe finish. This is an early production model (serial number dates it strictly to 2008) from the highly regarded Korean factory era before Schecter began using letter-prefixed serial numbers. The guitar is 100% stock and completely unmodified. It features all the premium V1-era hardware that players hunt for:
- Pickups: Original factory-installed Seymour Duncan Custom Invader passive humbuckers (with push/pull coil split on the tone knob).
- Bridge: Original Floyd Rose locking tremolo system.
- Fretboard: Dark, smooth Ebony fretboard featuring the classic "SYN" and Death Bat inlays.
Condition:
The guitar is in Very Good condition. It has been well-cared for, functions flawlessly, and the electronics are entirely untouched from the factory. (Note: there light swirl marks and a few small dings as shown in the images).
Includes:
Comes safely packed inside a non-original hardshell case that fits the guitar securely for transport.
