Neumann U47 Big Badge with M7 and early black PSU! ORIGINAL vintage full set

This is the super rare Neumann U47 Big Badge version with the early GN107 output transformer! Serial number 101.

With original M7 capsule reskinnes by Thiersch, VF14 M tube, and the early black PSU.

The microphone has been completely and professionally overhauled, always with the aim of preserving as many of the original components as possible. Only small components that inevitably need replacing over the years were changed, so nothing that affects the microphone’s originality or its sound, as it was already in such great condition to begin with.

We also had the original M7 capsule professionally reskinned by Thiersch. As you know, M7 capsules have now reached an age where sooner or later all of them will require reskinning. With this microphone, that work has already been taken care of.

This Big Badge is therefore in excellent condition and ready for many more years of life.

The set also includes one of the early black power supplies, making this particular package even more special, as well as the highly sought-after and so often requested M-labeled VF14 tube.
