Musicians, take note! Here we have yet another amazing Strat for everyday use! This ’65 Stratocaster comes in a classic “Chocolate 3-Tone Sunburst” with an unrelicted NOS (New Old Stock) finish. A cool, understated look that lets the sound take center stage. ...and the sound is truly fantastic! The guitar is equipped with “Handwound 69s”(!) pickups, which deliver a crisp but never harsh sound. The guitar sounds incredibly round, bell-like, pearly and balanced — exactly what you’d expect from a truly great ’60s Strat. And one thing’s for sure: you’ll want to play this guitar! The neck feels very comfortable with its medium to slightly thicker “65 Strat C” profile and plays like butter thanks to the 9.5” fretboard radius, satin-finished neck back and “Vintage Upgrade” frets. All in all, a fantastic instrument that we award 100 points for look, sound and playability.
