Back in the early 70's, when I was a bass player and learning how to be in a band the local music store started a lot of young players on their journey with a Competition Red Mustang and a Princeton Reverb. The guy I played with in High School had one, and a Princeton Reverb and it was a real thing! This guitar has a few small dings but overall is pretty clean with a great vibrant red metallic color! The 507XXX number puts it at 1973, neck date is unreadable, pot codes are 10th week of 1973. and everything looks 100%, including a really clean silver case. The only thing I can point out is the tremolo bar was gone, and we had a couple old bars laying around- I can't say what year, or how old, but there is a bar included, just not the one the guitar left the factory with.
Thanks for looking!
