Here is a classic DOD boost that just sounds good. It is NOT like a tubescreamer. It's harsh and creamy with more bottom and meant to emulate 1960s stack with the addition of hard clipping if you want it. These ran off of an irritating 1/8" power jack so this one has been wired to use a standard 9v adapter. It even still has the original battery cover.
