Back at NAMM 2019, SolidGoldFX had only the prototype of what would become the Lysis, which combines octave-down, fuzz, LFO, and filter effects into one unit for fuzzy, synthy textures.
Even at that early date, it made Andy's list of favorite new pedals unveiled at the show.
Today, upon the release of a Reverb-exclusive edition Lysis, he's back to show off all that the pedal has to offer.
The DSP-controlled octave circuit promises quick, seamless tracking of your playing, regardless of how many notes you cram into a lick or chord.
From there, you can add fuzz, switch between low-pass and high-pass filters, and add LFO vibrato. You can control the modulation with an external expression pedal or choose the rate with the Freq knob.
For those looking for fat, Moog-inspired bass tones, biting leads, or fuzzy filter sweeps, this pedal is for you. Get yours on Reverb here. Also in the video, Andy pairs the Lysis with SolidGoldFX's Counter Current, which is also available in a Reverb-exclusive colorway.
