Here is a really cool and unusual Gretsch G6120-6/12 Chet Atkins Nashville Double Neck from the highly respected Gretsch Japan factory. These guitars were produced in small numbers and have become increasingly difficult to find, especially in such well-preserved condition.

Finished in the iconic Gretsch Orange, this double neck features both a 6-string and 12-string neck, making it equally at home for classic rock, country, and vintage-inspired music. The six-string side is equipped with a Gretsch-branded Bigsby vibrato, while both necks feature ABR-1 style bridges, giving excellent intonation and playability.

The appointments are everything you would expect from a premium Gretsch. It features four FilterTron pickups, all gold hardware, ebony fingerboards with thumbnail inlays, and the classic painted faux F-holes that complete the unmistakable Nashville look.

Condition is easily near mint. There are only a few very light handling marks, and the protective plastic is still on both truss rod covers. This guitar has seen very little use over the years.

It comes complete with its original custom-fitted Gretsch hardshell case, which is a more ergonomic design than some earlier Gretsch double-neck cases, making transportation and storage much easier.
