SUPER RARE vintage Marshall JCM800 Lead series 2x12 cabinet with 2 x G12M-70 speakers @8ohms. 140 watts. Cabinet is the 1970s "slim" style. It shares the same dimensions as the 1970's Marshall model 2045 2 x12 ext. cab. and was produced in the early 80's. Size is; 29'' wide x 23'' high x 9'' deep. Tolex, handle,feet,corners,grill cloth and the speakers, are all in excellent condition.

These 2 x 12 cabs are one of the most versatile but often overlooked cabs Marshall ever made. Compact enough for a downsized touring rig, or a studio, but still loaded with that unmistakable punch and growl the 800 series is known for. Pair it with any 50 or 100 watt head and you’re instantly in that familiar territory with tight powerful lows, crisp mids, and that sweet upper-end bite that sits perfectly in a mix. I've found that it can tame the 'glassiness' of a Fender Amp as well..... Of course the cabinet box is the old high grade Baltic birch plywood, renowned for its multi-ply rigidity, distinct acoustic resonance, and lightweight durability as compared to the modern day MDF junk..........
