Designed by John Oram (former Trident), the Octasonic is a eight-channel microphone preamplifier featuring the same high-quality mic preamp circuitry used in Oram's renowned BEQ consoles.

Channels 1–6 provide up to 70 dB of gain, while channels 7–8 feature additional input attenuation for handling particularly loud sources with increased headroom. Each channel includes phantom power, phase reverse and a peak indicator. The inputs are all on XLR connectors, while the outputs are on balanced jacks.

This unit is fully functional and in good cosmetic condition. The front panel remains particularly clean with only light signs of use. The top cover shows a few superficial scratches and small cosmetic marks consistent with normal studio use. All original knobs, switches and indicators are present.

The unit will be carefully packed and shipped. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
