Up for sale is a beautiful Yamaha YTR-9335NY Xeno Artist Model Bb Trumpet in silver plate, serial number 045333. This is a 3rd Generation New York Artist Model, handcrafted in Japan as part of Yamaha’s flagship Xeno Artist Series.

Designed with the input of legendary trumpet designer Bob Malone and leading orchestral artists, the New York Series was created to capture the broad, colorful sound and playing characteristics of the finest classic American orchestral trumpets while maintaining Yamaha’s world-renowned consistency, precision, and exceptional intonation.

CONDITION

Overall, I would rate this trumpet as excellent used condition.

The silver plating remains bright with an excellent overall appearance. There are only light surface scratches and minor cosmetic signs of normal handling consistent with a carefully owned professional instrument.

The valves are exceptionally clean with excellent compression, all tuning slides move freely, and the instrument functions exactly as it should.

I do not see any evidence of significant dents or previous major repairs. Overall, this is a beautiful example of Yamaha’s flagship New York Artist Model.
