NOTE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
We strive for your complete satisfaction and aim to accurately represent the condition of all used and vintage products in our listings. Used items will inevitably exhibit signs of play wear, while vintage models may show even more. We disclose any damage or unusual wear and provide an overall condition description relative to each instrument’s age. Please anticipate minor indentations, finish checking, and other evidence of normal use that may not always be fully captured in photographs or explicitly detailed in the listing.
We understand that everyone has their own standard for acceptable wear and tear. If the degree of play wear is particularly important to you, please contact us at the shop for a comprehensive in-hand description and to address any questions you may have. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Shipping & Transit Damage (Guitars and Basses Only):
In the rare event that a guitar or bass sustains minor damage during shipping (such as a broken pickup selecor switch, minor binding separation, or damage to a strap pin or tuner), Guitars Plus will work with the buyer to arrange repair by a qualified technician in the customer’s local area, with the goal of returning the instrument to the condition described in the original listing. The choice of technician must be approved by Guitars Plus in advance. The customer is responsible for arranging transportation to and from the agreed-upon technician. This policy applies only to minor, repairable issues resulting from carrier handling and does not apply to amplifiers or pedals.
Setups & String Tension:
Guitars Plus is not responsible for setup costs incurred after delivery. As a best practice for safe transit, strings are slackened during shipping to reduce tension on the neck and headstock. A professional setup is typically required upon receipt to achieve optimal playability and is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Return Shipping:
We do not accept returns on used gear unless the item arrives in a condition not in line with the description in the listing and a local repair resolution cannot be reached. In such cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any returned instrument must be packaged safely and appropriately. If an item is returned with inadequate packaging and arrives damaged, no refund will be issued. Refunds are issued only after the instrument has been received by Guitars Plus and confirmed to have arrived safely and in the same condition in which it was shipped.
All items are sold under Reverb’s “As-Is” policy.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Guitars Plus is a small shop managed by two individuals. We ensure prompt tracking updates to provide peace of mind regarding your shipment’s status. Occasionally, tracking information may be generated a few days before the actual shipment date. All items are shipped on Tuesdays following the purchase to optimise efficiency by allowing us to batch shipments. Buyers are responsible for paying any outstanding duties/import fees incurred subject to their state of residence. Tubes are not covered by Guitars Plus. We strive to pack every shipment with care, but tubes are fragile. Amps ship from Guitars Plus in as described condition. Any repairs required on your end upon delivery are your responsibility. Thank you for your understanding and support! Messages regarding inquiries already addressed by this policy will regrettably not receive a response.
