TC Electronic M3000 – Battery Modification

Before (Photo 1):
The original internal memory battery is soldered directly to the circuit board. When the battery reaches the end of its life, it must be desoldered and replaced, making future maintenance more time-consuming and requiring soldering.

After (Photo 2):
A high-quality battery holder has been installed in place of the soldered battery. Future battery replacements can now be completed in seconds without any soldering, reducing maintenance time and eliminating the risk of damaging the PCB during replacement.

This is a worthwhile upgrade that makes servicing the TC M3000 much easier while preserving the unit for years to come.

Condition
The unit is in excellent working condition and has been well cared for in a smoke-free studio. Everything functions exactly as it should.
