This 1960 Reissue (R0) features one of the absolute best flame tops you will ever see on a 1960 Historic. Weighing in at a perfect 8 lbs. 11 oz. on our digital scale, it delivers those dark, woody Gary Moore tones we all love. While ultra-light Les Paul's are great, it’s the ones with a little substance that truly sing, giving you endless sustain and resonance.
Condition & Provenance:
This instrument is exceptionally clean for its age. It is 100% original and entirely free of buckle rash, worming, cracks, or repairs. The neck finish is just starting to fade beautifully, giving it an authentic vintage look.
The COA Error:
For the collectors out there, the original Certificate of Authenticity contains a fascinating factory mistake. The COA text reads "R9", but the guitar is explicitly an R0. This is fully verified by the R0 serial number prefix, the internal control cavity route stamp, and the unmistakable 1960 slim neck profile.
