Kramer USA Pacer Carrera Black 1985 w/Hard Shell Case (Refin)

Vintage Kramer USA Pacer Carrera in Black finish (refin) made in 1985 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a solid poplar body, maple neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with an original pair of Schaller Humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions. Controlled by 2 volume pots, 1 tone pot and a 3-way mini-toggle switch. The 25.5" scale length neck has no inlays and white side markers with 22 jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a medium "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of black Schaller sealed die-cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a Floyd Rose Locking nut, a surface-mounted Floyd Rose Original Double Locking Tremolo bridge and black knurled dome knobs.

This Kramer guitar has been carefully inspected, set up, and documented. However, it was acquired as part of a large collection, and many guitars in that collection have been modified, repaired, assembled from multiple instruments, or fitted with replacement parts over the years.

This guitar is in overall good condition. At some point in its life part of the body was refinished when the tremolo recess was filled and converted to a surface-mount bridge. There are light surface marks, small dings and dents throughout the guitar. There are small spots of touch up color in various spots. The bridge has light plating wear and some rust. The frets are slightly flat and there are light divots in some of them. The bottom of the body has a small spot near the strap button where excess paint dripped and accumulated to form a small bump. Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 9-42 strings. Includes Hard Shell Case.
