The Jeff Berlin Player served as one of the many Dean signature models for the renowned Jazz Fusion Bassist, and it features a beautiful Trans "Brazilia Burst" Finish.
The overall construction is its highlight with a rare body wood known as Paulownia along with a figured Maple top, gold hardware and Abalone pearl dot inlays which all come together to form a unique and truly beautiful bass.
The neck which was made to Jeff Berlins specs is very well designed and extremely comfortable. The natural sanded finish in combination with the very thin radius gives it a fast feel with easy mobility, befitting a Jazz Fusion bassist preferences.
The condition of this one is very good with minimal amounts of wear which includes some light bumps and scratches, but is very clean overall.
The playability is solid as well. The action is good at around 2.5mm, the neck is straight, and all hardware, including the truss rod functions perfectly and is happy to be adjusted to your needs. And it weighs in at a comfortable 8.7Ib with a solid balance.
