Regal parlor acoustic guitar
-Made in Chicago, USA
-1930's-1940's
-original case included
-there is a volute on the neck that sharpens as it gets to the head stock, some folks prefer this and I personally love it on this guitar
CONDITION NOTES:
-nut is inconsistent and has odd string spacing. I chose to leave it as is. Any qualified guitar tech/luthier could adjust this if desired. It is definitely not the original nut.
-floating bridge has been sanded from bottom to better string action height
-general wear and tear for a 100-ish year old instrument
-slight bending on some tuners but all still very functional
-string height from top of 12th fret to bottom of string: 3 32nds"
