Ok y’all I’ve got another one for us thumpers out there.. and this one has a bit of the “Fender” “Leo” thang going on.. This 1982 G&L L-1000 Bass is All original, natural finish with OHSC. These early G&L Leo Fender Basses are just amazing, took the best from his Fender days and this is what you get. plays great up the neck, natural aging and some checking, back of neck is smooth and fast, this bass is BALLS! Simple, easy and yes… BADASS!!
Weighs in at a back friendly 8.2 lbs and hangs over the shoulder even. The resonance can be felt throughout the axe, from tip to toe.. it’s true!
These are old, easy and incredible basses, if you have, you know… if you haven’t, you should!!
