Selling a beautifully spec'd, high-end boutique solid body. This guitar features incredible tonewoods, premium hardware, and that legendary Collings craftsmanship. It is built for pure tone and effortless playability.
Condition & Playability
Playability: This guitar is a great player with no noticeable fret wear. It plays smoothly and sounds incredible.
Cosmetics: It has been loved and played, showing a few minor, purely cosmetic signs of use:
* There is some minor discoloration in the nitrocellulose finish (**aesthetic only**).
* There is a hairline crack in the finish near the bridge pickup.
* There are some minor scratches on the pickguard.
Tonewoods: Premium Honduran Mahogany body and neck with a gorgeous Ebony peghead veneer.
Electronics: Outfitted with a single Lollar P90 Overwound bridge pickup, wired 50s-style with CTS 500K pots and a Jupiter Vintage Yellow cap for incredible tonal versatility from just a volume and tone knob.
Hardware:High-end Kluson ABR-1 bridge, Gotoh tuners, and an extra-long mortise & tenon neck joint for massive sustain.
Finish: High-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer.
