This is a 12 string, Solid spruce, as well as solid Genuine Mahogany , not the African mahogany or sapele .
It has a beautiful high gloss Sitka spruce top .
This guitar has just had a neck reset, beautifully done, bringing the action to .090 , a perfect acoustic action setting, with plenty of room to bring lower if needed or taken higher if wanted.
this guitar had a fall many years ago and was perfectly repaired by martin, an amazing repair.
This guitar is a great example of booming 12 string. the 16 of this year is as close to an 18 as you will ever get, pull the high octave off and you have a 18 for sure .
this guitar is not seen often for sale for a reason.
It comes with original TKL case .
